Terms & conditions

By placing an order with eliza sweet bakes you agree to these terms.

Orders

• Everything is baked to order. Please give at least 4 days' notice.
• Your order is confirmed once payment is received and Eliza accepts it.
• Handmade bakes can vary slightly in look from photos.

Payment

Prices are in GBP. Card payments are taken securely by Stripe. Custom orders are priced by Eliza and paid using the Pay now link sent to you.

Cancellations and refunds

• You can cancel online for a full refund until Eliza starts baking.
• Once baking has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded as they are made just for you.
• If Eliza has to cancel, you will get a full refund.
• If something is wrong with your order, please get in touch within 24 hours with a photo.

Collection and delivery

Delivery is available within 10 miles of LE5, with a fee based on distance. Please make sure someone is available at your chosen time. Bakes are your responsibility once handed over.

Allergies

Bakes are made in a home kitchen that handles milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), nuts, peanuts, soya and sesame. I cannot guarantee any bake is free from allergens. Please tell me about any allergies when ordering.
