eliza sweet bakes is a small home bakery in Leicester, UK. This page explains what details I collect when you order, why I need them and how I look after them.

What I collect

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your delivery address and postcode, if you choose delivery
• Your order details, including allergy notes and personalised messages
• Payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never seen or stored by me.

Why I use it

Only to bake, deliver and update you about your order, send your order emails and answer your questions. I never sell your details or send marketing without asking.

Who else sees it

• Stripe, to take card payments securely
• My email provider, to send order confirmations and updates
• The secure service that hosts this website and its order records

How long I keep it

Order records are kept for up to 6 years for tax purposes, then deleted. You can ask me to delete your details sooner where the law allows.

Cookies

This site only uses essential storage to remember your basket and keep checkout working. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights
